PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, business name, personal and business contact information.

PAYMENT TERMS

Some products and services on this site may be offered for instant purchase. I accept PayPal payments, Bitcoin payments or direct bank deposits to the following ING Bank account:

FEES

Sharon Staal may assess a $15 late fee for any payment that is 7 days past due. If a customer initiates a chargeback, we may assess a $50 processing fee for each individual chargeback.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases however, I also need to feed my family so if you have purchased a product or service or ticket to an event and then ‘changed your mind’ there are some reasonable boundaries around this. Please email me within 24 hours of purchase so that we can discuss your concerns and try to negotiate a win/win situation.

In the case of an unforeseen circumstance occurring. This is something that would have prevented you from purchasing the product or service if you had known about it in advance. When there is an unforeseen circumstance, you have the right to choose whether you prefer to:

  • Postpone the remainder of the course till then next intake.
  • Cancel and receive a full refund minus a $25 handling fee: If you would like to receive a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of downloading the product or receiving the service.
  • Seek compensation for the difference between the price paid and the value of the product or service actually provided: if you wish to cancel the contract after 48 hours, you must tell us as soon as you become aware of the situation. We will determine whether you are entitled to a refund based on the nature of the problem and the time since purchase.

As per the specified refund policy for my events through Meetup, no refund is provided unless Sharon Staal cancels the event or changes the date.

JURISDICTION

If you have a problem, contact me and we will discuss it. If we can’t reach an agreement, I may suggest bringing in a neutral third party (a mediator) to help us find a solution. If we still can’t work it out, any disputes or arguments arising under this agreement are to be dealt with under the law of Queensland, Australia.
